The iCON South Asian Health Forum: Healthy Aging and You will take place on Sunday, March 2, 2025. The event will be conducted in Panjabi, with simultaneous English interpretation available. Attendance is free, and a boxed lunch will be provided. Please note that in-person seating is limited to 190 participants. You will also have the opportunity to explore and interact with various community partners in the exhibit hall. Also, the Forum will be available for online viewing.
This hybrid (online and in-person) forum will engage with expert speakers. In this session participants will learn about:

- Self-management tips on managing your health as you age
- Where and how to find help in the community
