The iCON South Asian Health Forum: Healthy Aging and You took place on Sunday, March 2, 2025. The event was conducted in Panjabi, with simultaneous English interpretation available. Attendance was free, and a boxed lunch was provided. Please note that in-person seating was limited to 190 participants. Attendees also had the opportunity to explore and interact with various community partners in the exhibit hall. Additionally, the Forum was available for online viewing.

 

This hybrid (online and in-person) forum will engage with expert speakers. In this session participants learned about:

  • Differences between normal aging and frailty
  • Self-management tips on managing your health as you age
  • Where and how to find help in the community
