This virtual health forum was held on Saturday, November 18 and Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 1:30-4:00 p.m. PT. Webinars was delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
This forum was designed to help patients, their families and caregivers optimize their quality of life by empowering them with knowledge and resources to manage heart disease.
